Daycare expenses are not eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), health reimbursement arrangements (HRA) and limited-purpose flexible spending accounts (LPFSA). Using HSA funds for Daycare would be a non-qualified distribution subject to income tax, plus a 20% penalty if you are under 65.
